Nicole Kidman will appear on this Thursday’s special two-hour Project Runway: All-Star Challenge, but not as a guest judge. “She appears in a cameo to help set up a challenge,” says a Lifetime source. Kidman is no stranger to high fashion. In addition to her countless red carpet hits, she starred in a lavishly budgeted Chanel commercial directed by her friend Baz Luhrmann in 2004.
