Getting quite the lucky break, a California judge has erased Mel Gibson’s drunk-driving conviction from his record after the actor completed all the terms of his three-year probation
According to reports, Gibson did not appear at the court, but pleaded no contest to the charges
The ruling happened after his attorney, Blair Berk, filed a motion on September 21 to dismiss the misdemeanor of his DUI case
