After spending three hours getting her hair done, the former “Lizzie McGuire” star ended up running into a bit of a problem as she exited the salon - getting a parking ticket from local patrolmen

The romantic comedy “will star Duff as a fashion reporter who goes undercover in the business world in the hopes of finding love while writing an article about dating men in suits
